Thought Leader of The Algorithm Leadership Institute for 10 years before venturing out to 4 different industries; each with double-digit growth. He has brought us an upward trajectory for 9 nine years with future projections looking more robust. He is credited with implementing “short-term dynamic priced weather events” replacing the industry standard of long-term negotiated weather patterns. His dynamic market division (DMD) outperformed the industry standard profitability by a factor of 2, and DMD is now the largest single division in Weathersphere™.

Maryiam has lived most of her life in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and finished college degrees in both cities. She was lured away from her 5th year graduate studies after her proof-of-concept “Instant Weather Manipulation Events” worked. Funded by The Algorithm, a .world competition was held for all certified businesses, employees, families, and schools. Over 1 million submissions were denied, and one was accepted. Maryiam came to us from The Algorithm with the opportunity to lead her own lab in instant and precise weather events. She now oversees all research, results, implementation, and completion of all Weathersphere™ projects worldwide.

Lead Negotiator
Raul has worked in business negotiations in the center Earth region for 2 decades and came to us from The Algorithm where he led a team that helped refine human facial recognition. It was his use of “sequenced micro-expressions with counterintuitive results” that led to a more precise understanding of reactions, and filled in holes to the existing apparatus. Raul has used his understanding of facial recognition to design and implement NegotiationReader™ – our proprietary negotiator advantage software and facial recognition translator. ROI on negotiation has the largest potential profit upside, and even small gains over scale make significant shareholder value. Raul has produced large gains and exponential value to the mission and sustainability of Weathersphere™.

Sara has investment experience in the World’s and .world’s largest investment banks. She brings a tough minded approach to investor value and has authority to implement “investor improvement” throughout all divisions of the company. She has reduced loss, and embraced change, to keep investor value at the top of decision making. Her communication and direct leadership style increase value as shareholders keep their stock longer when they have a voice and some control.
